We take payment from your account when you place your order, and not when we dispatch your order. If there are any problems with your payment we will get in touch with you using the contact details you have provided, as we will not be able to dispatch your order until full payment has been received.


We aim to send your order out as soon as possible, but as all of our products are freshly made by hand, this may take up to two working days. If there are any problems with your order we will e-mail you immediately to offer you an alternative or full refund.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, please inform us via e-mail stating your reasons for dissatisfaction and we will organise a refund.


Most of our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail first class delivery, and should take between one and five working days. Unfortunately we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to our products once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions


Delivery charges may be applied according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded. Any delivery charge to be applied will be confirmed at the point of order.


We are bound to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 in all our dealings with your personal data. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information collected lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.


In general you can visit our website without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. If, however, you make a purchase you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details.
